This program is not about how many followers you have, or how many likes you receive on a photo, but more about the human connection that we all need.
Requirements
· True to who you are
· Practice yoga or meditation
· Post on social media
· Have a public Instagram account
· Use the Chum Mat
· Follow Chum mat on instagram (@chum_mat)
· Like Chum Mat on Facebook (chummat)
· Share Chum Mat with your social network at least 2 times per month.
· Send us your Name, address and email
· Provide your Instagram handle
